​The country of Guatemala is the second largest in Central America, and the country with the most touristic tradition that has hold for a long time, it is also the most populated country in the region.

Because of its large population of indiginous it has been a place of much touristic traffic in comparison to the other 2 countries in the North Triangle (El Salvador and Honduras). It is a journey to the historic and unknown past of the American continent.

Its traditional tourist destinations have been the city of Antigua Guatemala, Lake Atitlan in the central area, Tikal as its main archaeological site, the city of Flores, and Coban, in the Caribbean coast towns such as Puerto Barrios, Livingstone and Lake Izabal , and in its Pacific Coast places like Monterico have taken great importance for tourists.

The International Airport of Guatemala is located in the capital city, Guatemala City, being in the middle of the city makes it a place of easy access and connections, half an hour from the city and its tourist capital, and meeting point it's Antigua Guatemala.
