7 nights - 8 days itinerary

DAY 1 ARRIVAL IN NICARAGUA CAFE TOUR

- 8 am: Reception at the Augusto C Sandino International Airport and transfer to Matagalpa.
- 10 am to 3:30 pm: Coffee Tour: the fresh climate of Matagalpa promotes the cultivation of coffee, which has one of its historic cribs and characterizes the economy as well as the culture and society of these municipalities.
- 4:30 pm: Transfer to the hotel.

DAY 2 ESTELI TOUR OF TOBACCO
- 8 am: Transfer from Matagalpa to Esteli
- 10 am to 12 pm: Pure Tour: Esteli now has an important place as a service and trade center throughout the northern region, as well as being the national center of tobacco agroindustry, characterized by the production of cigars quality standards recognized worldwide. In particular in Esteli you can know directly the cycle of the production and industrialization of tobacco, from its planting to the manufacture of the cigar, made in the best production companies located in the environs of the city.
- 1 pm View to Grenache: During this visit you can enjoy a tropical mountain forest and lush flora and fauna, in addition to coexist the daily rural life and its cultural manifestations in handicrafts, gastronomy and more in this picturesque community.
- 6 pm Transfer to hotel
Overnight in Esteli.

DAY 3 SOMOTO CANYON.
- 7 am: You will be transferred from your hotel to make the tour of the Somoto Canyon: This Canyon is best known by the locals as "Namacambre" is located about 14 km west of the city of Somoto, departmental head of Madriz. This protected area was declared by the National Assembly in the category of National Monument in 2004 due to its hydrological, geological and tourist potential importance.
- 5 pm: Arrival at the hotel

DAY 4 LEON BOILERS OF JACINTO
- 8 am: Transfer to Leon.
- 10 am: San Jacinto is a small town northeast of Leon, Behind the village there are hot mud pits, possibly connected to Telica volcano. The course is not large but it is interesting as well as it is hot to walk to see the different holes that vary in size and color.
- 1 pm: Tour of Leon: You will visit places like the old location of the Leon department, Ruins, Leon Cathedral, central park, Calvary church, church collection, National culture palace where the national archive, national and national museum.
- 5 pm: Transfer to your hotel.

DAY 5 VOLCAN CERRO NEGRO
- 8 am: Cerro Negroeste is the youngest volcano in Central America, located in the department of Leon, besides being one of the most active volcano in the region. In this part of the tour you can practice sandboarding, this is the only volcano in the world where you can do this activity. I loved to go to the most inclined part to realize the decay of the volcano, it could be pacticar inside the crater. After descending the volcano you will see the beautiful beach of Las Peñitas, the perfect place to have lunch with a beautiful view of this beach located in the Pacific Ocean.
- 5 pm: Return to your hotel

DAY 6 MASAYA - GRANADA
- 8 am: Transfer to Granada.
- 10 30 am: Volcano Masaya Tour:: This is one of seven active volcanoes in the country, its crater has an altitude of 635 m.s.n.m. and continuously emits large amounts of sulfur dioxide gas, it also maintains incandescence in it due to a lake of persistent lava. It is known as one of the six gates to hell, product of legends in times of Spanish conquest.
- 12:30 pm: After a visit to Catarina's Mirador: Caterina is a village near Masaya overlooking the lagoon of Apoyo. It is famous for its majestic view, as well as for its nurseries. El Mirador de Catarina is one of the highest hills surrounding the Laguna de Apoyo, as well as the Lake of Nicaragua that lies behind it. The Mombacho Volcano that surrounds the lake is also present in the view.
- 2:30 pm: Cultural walk through Granada: Meet the central park of Granada, the cathedral, the chocolate museum, the convent san francisco, the old hospital of Granada
- 4 pm: Transfer to your hotel.

DAY 7 ISLANDS MANAGUA
- 9 am: Departure from your hotel for a tour of the islets of Granada: The Islets of Granada are costed as one of the most attractive natural paradises of Nicaragua. It is an archipelago of more than 365 islets in the great lake of Nicaragua or Lake Cocibolca, that presumed were formed thousands of years ago by the eruption of a volcano. Traveling on a small boat on the islets is an attractive, fun and relaxed way to travel the narrow channels that separate the islands and appreciate in all its splendor part of the vastness of Lake Nicaragua.
- 2 pm: City tour through Managua: you will know places like Hugo Chavez Avenue, Puerto Salvador Allende, Plaza de la Revolucion, former Managua Cathedral, Paseo Xolotlan.
- 6 pm: Transfer to your hotel
